The Best Dry Cleaners

We thought this was a good dry cleaner until they ruined my shirt by putting the cleaning tag through the actual back of the shirt creating a hole. I even specified to put the tag at the bottom of the shirt specifically for this reason as I have multiple custome made shirts and they do t have a branded tag to attach the dry cleaning identifier to. [Redacted identifying comment] refused to even apologise for the hole in the shirt and said it was my fault for how the tag was taken off. He was rude insensitive and downright rufused to admit that his staff may have made a mistake and insisted that it was my fault. I suggest never going here ever.

Best drycleaners? More like worst dry cleaners! Ruined a pair of $200 leather shorts I had worn once and charged my $60 for the pleasure. Management accepts no responsibility whatsoever despite other staff acknowledging the obvious issue. Would not recommend taking any valuable clothing to this dry cleaner.
