Food, service, value for money and quality is average. The location is spot on!

Even though it's not the best place to get seafood by the beach, it certainly has it's charms. Sitting out on the deck with waves lapping the shore right before you makes up for the ok food.

Highlight from the menu is the BBQ Octopus - very flavoursome, a little over cooked but nice enough to enjoy while distracted with the view.

Also nice for a cup of tea and a slice of cake with a good book in the afternoon.

Overall one extra star for the 'location, location'.

Wow what a view! Good atmosphere and very nice view. The prices are high for the food served but it is worth the view. Friendly staff, a bit of a wait for food but whos complaining when you've got beautiful water to look at.

The best thing going for the boat shed cafe is the location, it is special.If you just want coffee and cake you cant sit on the veranda overlooking the beach, which is a shame they like to save it for people ordering off the menu.The menu is quite basic a little pricey , you are paying for the view.The service could be a lot friendlier and more welcoming and it is a busy place.
