The products are great and the staff are fantastic! I recently went into store with no idea what cosmetics I needed to purchase and the friendly staff really helped me to make a decision.
Love the body shop products. Shame they are so expensive. I think there products could be cheaper. The staff are ok but the service could be improved.
I disagree with your comment about the staff. I went in recently and found them to be absolutely lovely and very very helpful.
Decided to check out the shop to buy a birthday present for my friend. Was quite disappointed with the service rendered by a staff member (she seemed more interested in standing around doing nothing). They had a good range of products (a bit on the expensive side). Anyway I purchased some creams for my friend and was quite happy to get out of there.
