Quality, service, value - 5 stars. Recommend!

Great quality items here, and this store in particular is very spacious offering a very decent range. The prices can be quite steep so their Christmas gift ideas are fantastic for presents. I've purchased lots of body wash and massage oils and I've never had an issue. Overall a great place with very good quality products.

the massage oil was some what expensive but very good quality, the staff were very friendly and helpful will go there again to purchase more oil.

I always feel very ethical shopping at the body shop, they have such beautiful products and the staff show a genuine interest in you and your need. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

I've only been there once while passing through Sydney, but the service was absolutly amazing! asked a question about mineral foundation, and I ended up getting a whole make-over! And it wasn't a cheap and horrible make-over either, it was great! I bought a bunch of products there and I love the body butter mst, it smells soooo good!

I buy much of my cosmetics and skincare from there, no animal testing and great quality of products from the body shop. The staff are generally always wiling to help, and are great to introduuce new products suited to your skin and have loads of experience.

i don't like putting lots of chemicals on my face or body, which is why buying from the body shops range of moisturizers and lotions make it easy to avoid those kinds of things.
