I ordered my wedding invitations, placecards and church booklet covers here, the quality was brilliant, everbody loved what we had chosen. The pricing was very competitive, as invitations can be rather pricey. Customer service was fairly good, some follow-ups took a few emails. The showroom is really big and exciting.

I was very pleased with the service i got, my wedding invitations looked stunning, i was unable to fault them. I have refered all my friends and family to the bomboniere factory. I will be going back for my daughters christening in march.

The staff were not particularly helpful here, and do not take the initiative to help you. You would have to know exactly what you want and go there to buy, because you can't expect anyone to help you on that front!
