Best customer serviceI have ever encounted. my SoundLink Mini
would not charge up, so I took it into these guys. Had most of the fittings with me, including my Myers reciept.
The guys had a look at the Mini, tried to charge it on their base, nothing. i thought this will take a while. The guy said, no problem, he went to the office brought out a new one and just swapped them over. fantasticm.

Really impressive showroom, I didn't even know half their products existed! I came in just for a sounddock and the staff really explained the differences between all the models. Everything is very pricey but the sound quality is superb and the staff really explain how everything works.

The worst customer service I have ever received.
I would not buy from this store it has treated me and my husband unprofessionally and the staff have been unhelpful and rude. I have received terrible after sales service, to the point where I had to take my issues directly to Bose Australia, they thankfully were awesome. I honestly would never recommend this store to even my worst enemy, they have no care and expected us accept our Bose back from warranty work dented and in a poor state, thankfully Bose Australia treat customers like first class. Brilliant product but either buy direct or from another retailer.

wow what a showroom and what a sound system. You should rock up there just to hear what a quality sound system can really be like. The experience was a one off. hey treat you like royalty and spend as much time as needed.
