Food is always great at the Brass Monkey, wonderfully interesting, small menu, that changes regularly. Always presented perfectly. They have the best entertainment in an intimate environment. But, the best part about the Brass Monkey is always the service. The staff are wonderul.

It's a good place for cocktails and beers while enjoying some good music, like it when they have some reggae band!

Went to see Diesel last night and a great time. Small and intimate food was really tasty as well as the cocktails. Diesel is an absolute class act. The support guy Joel Leffler was also brilliant, very talented singer.

The brass monkey is a quaint venue that I've been to number of times to see bands like the beautiful girls as well as a host of local acts, which I'm pleased they still support. The prices are fair, the place is generally clean & there's a hippy vibe going there. The only downside is that when there's a big crowd, the kitchen struggles to keep up with the meals being ordered. But that's just a distraction to the live music anyway.

I went here a few months ago for a friends birthday and was pleasantly surprised. Of all names this place has previously had i believe this is now the best, the food is amazing however the beer is still way too expensive.

A small and intimate place. The entertainment and bands that are there are top quality for a shire pub. Better on a quiet night because the pub is small and the layout makes it hard to get around. However it is a much better pub than the others in Cronulla.

A lovely intimate venue that hosts a wide range of musical talent, both Australian and international. The food is middle-eastern inspired and I highly recommend the lamb kebabs and pita bread with hummous. I have been many times andsaw Josh Pyke perform there last year, which was one of the best shows I've ever been too. My favourite venue in The Shire.

This is a great place for an entertaining night out. It is a small music venue/bar/club that regularly has local artists playing. Have been here 3 times and very much enjoyed the atmosphere each time. Very cosy place with great food and drinks to have whilst your listening/watching the performance.
