Unhelpful & rude staff! Happy to sell you a dress but after sale service is non existent especially when there is an issue with delivery ie. paid for 11 week turn around and the dress was late. Brides - go elsewhere!! You do not need the added stress or poor service... It's not worth the hassle!

I did think they had a great collection of dresses but I found they were very strict on white or ivory dresses. I wanted a more unique design or a different colour to norm but they were very limited to traditional design. I did not find the staff to be very friendly which was a bit dissappointing. Their bridal accessories were exquisite and really did make you feel like a princess. Personally it wasn't for me but if you want the perfect princess ballgown wedding dress with all the trimmings it really is quite lovely.

I purchased my wedding dress from the Bridal Centre. It was the only place I went to make my final decision, as I did not want to keep looking. Thankfully they have more than enough variety to find a dress for most. They have dresses ranging from around $1000 upwards, however you can purchase the off the rack versions at a discount. The dresses are made in standard sizes to order, and any alterations are to be done elsewhere once you have your dress. By paying in full with my credit card on the day of purchase, I received a further 5% off my dress which was a nice bonus.
