Sold me a brand new item that was faulty after the first use. Refused a refund or exchange and wouldnt let me pay extra for an upgrade. Instead they offered to buy back at half price. Strung me along for 3 weeks now with no help and no solution.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEYRE SCAMMERS

They do not answer the phone, reply to messages or emails. They lost a part of my trimmer, nil offer to replace it. Shocking attitude from one of the owners who mumbles from behind at you while being served at the front. Unreliable, jobs are not completed when promised. Regretful experience. Stay away.

After being to another place on Elizabeth Drive years ago that sells / Repairs mowers.
Quoting me a Motza to fix my mower with just looking at it and spinning the blade underneath It.
It appears all that was needed was a $10 spark plug!!!
Shame on you lost buisness here for life !

It's great to shop some where that services what they sell. . The guys here are all trained and know what they are talking about. The people who own the business have been in the game for a long time so have a lot of knowledge where it counts.. They show you how to use any machine you buy and make it easy to understand. Spending time explaining different things makes a difference when you are not mechanically minded. I see heaps of tree loppers here and council guys so I guess it explains their professionalism, they are used to dealing with people who make their living from these tools. Great experience all round dealing with them from buying to getting a service or just spare parts. A great shop. I am a woman and I like that they speak to me as well as my husband. The stuff here is a little more expensive than bunnings but our motto is you get what you pay for.
