On Saturday 18th March 2023 I purchased a French Glazed Vanilla Cheesecake for $27.95 but it had a very strong aftertaste so either Elise or I liked it. On Wednesday 26th April 2023 Hayley from Head Office emailed me and she offered to refund me as a once off goodwill gesture. On Wednesday 26th April 2023 I replied to her email with my bank details then she processed the refund of $34.95. On Friday 5th May 2023 I received the refund of $34.95.

The service is so friendly and catered to the individual buying needs. I had to buy my son a cake for his birthday and found them very helpful in catering for his intolerances. No question was too silly and the cake was delicious and fresh. It was very nicely decorated and they really didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend buying cakes from here in the future. Value for money is also a bonus.

The staff is friendly, the cake looks great and the flavour is good. I bought two cakes, one cheesecake and one chocolate. The chocolate has the twisted crust on top as design and the flour was soft. It was good. The cheesecake was also good.
