[Redacted swear word] service,the staff does not know how to acknowledge or respect the customers,i ordered a cake a day before still have to wait,not only that when i ask them to write a name on top of the cake they charge me extra without letting me know abt it,[redacted] great service,keep it up,not visiting ur store again and would not recommend to anyone else.

The staff here are really nice but since it's such a small store they never seem to have the cakes i want. They don't have much variety. The prices are pretty good though and they have great Birthday cakes. I'd call in advance to make sure they have the type of cake you want in store.

The Cheesecake Shop North Parramatta is quite a small store but there's definitely no lack in the amount of cakes they have. I don't ever really see the store being very busy, so when I go there they usually have all the choices available. The cakes are always fresh & if you don't want to buy a whole cake they sell halves & quarters too.

Shop is nice, clean. Wide range of cakes and biscuits product. They are very tasty and fresh. Prices are not too high. Shop Personnel very nice, you can receive good service.

I only bought it once or twice, but not because the cakes at this shop isn't nice. Price is ok for a cheescake, I would say average. You can get half or a full round cake. They also have a wide variety you can choose from. Their cheesecakes taste pretty good!
