Ordered a white rose mud cake added special instructions to have the writing “Hafty 51st Birthday Ma” on the cake board as I was putting flowers on top of the cake I’d even called them prior to cake pickup date to ensure that the instructions were very clear, I was told yes we can do that.
Well I pick up the cake this morning to find a plaque with Happy 51st Birthday Ma, there was no wring on the board but on a plaque Hafty was spelt Happy, totally stuffed up my cake when I mentioned the writing on the board I was told oh you’d have to upgrade the size wth and was told there’s nothing I can do about it. How about putting it on a bigger cake board and putting it in a bigger box was that too damn hard ……. apparently so.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Not damn impressed will never place an order with these incompetent people again.

They make the yummiest cakes at the cheesecake shop. We got our sons birthday cake from here and it was simply Devine. Layers of fresh sponge, fresh cream, almonds and chocolate, absolutely delicious. They sell a wide variety of different types of cakes from Black Forest to mud cake ( vanilla, caramel and chocolate ) to sponge cakes and they are all made fresh. They sell individual portions as well as profiteroles filled with cream or custard. I really like the assorted cake toppers that they stock. From football teams to you child's favourite cartoon characters ... They sell candles both normal and numbered... The staff here are friendly and helpful and will happily help you find the right cake for your needs.
