If you're ever in the Penrith area stop in and try this place! Located in a convenient location on the GWH Even if it's just for their chips! This place has the best hot chips, I crave there chips! I usually get a 2 piece feed or the Hawaiian Pack, Their Pineapple is Sooo good, I also loved their Rice but the last few times it's been to oily so have stopped getting that, Their Chicken Schnitzel roll is also good But a little to spicy for me (I'm very weak when it comes to spicy food) but it's delicious.

Now when you walk into the shop it doesn't look like much but the food taste sooooo goood! The chicken here is 10x better than KFC chicken, smells like it, taste like it, but better quality. It's so affordable aswell! Decent customer service. Will come here time and time again for the food and the customer service.

best fried chicken in the penrith area, flavour is fantastic, i find it a little expensive but being the only place around like it i am happy to spend the money, the gravy is to die for!!! if i had any suggestions it would be to start making deep fried mushrooms..lol i sometimes pop in just to buy the gravy to go with a meal that i have cooked at home..lol I got a great special last time i visisted this shop, i left with about 25 pieces of chicken and a large gravy for about $11, i purched their entire stock of cold fried chicken..lol tasted just as good reheated!

You can choose to sit inside or out, I find out is better as it gets so hot inside! The wait isn't to bad, depends on the time you go. The chips and hot food are always cooked well, the salads some days look as if they have been sitting there for a while so I haven't actually tasted them. But hot food is a must!

I used to frequent here years ago, but on recent visits have not been satisfied at all. Food rarely warm except chips which come steaming. After asking on 3 occasions for no salt each time received a great amount which spoilt meal. Salads also didn't taste very fresh! Hope it gets back its former glory.

I love their chips - they use vinegar or something on them and they taste unreal. The service is good and the price is reasonable. They are conveniently located opposite Kingswood Train Station.

We decided to have a takeaway chicken but find KFC too expensive these days. Chicken man offers great value for money and a great taste too. Love the gravy!

This was the best little take away shop that we used to visit for lunch at uni. The chips are great, with the most flavoursome chicken salt. Everyone used to rave about the chicken man and now I know why
