I had my child enrolled and was very happy with how they integrated her into the daycare. The carers were excellent. But unfortunately the staff member my child had a strong bond with was moved within the centre and I was not informed so I didn't have a chance to prepare her for a new person. She found it hard getting used to a new lady. If I had of been informed, I could have helped ease the transition.
