I have had a bad experience and bought meat that when I went to use that night was off :(

It really made me not want to buy meat there anymore, which I haven't as the thought of it makes me want to throw up. I have also heard from a few others that have had simmilar issues with off meat. This was quite a few years ago now so they may have changed but I don't want to find out thanks.

a local meat store with excellent customer service very friendly helpful staff. staff are well experienced and know what you are looking for. very clean and hygiene is immaculate. products are fresh and tender.

I have been a regular customer since 2007 and have only had ONE order that was not up to scratch. On my next visit I told the proprietor and was given a complete refund ... no questions asked.
Their mince is such good value and quality that my mother takes home three kilos with her to Tweed Heads. Keep up the good work team.

I used to shop here but after a few bad experiences I don't anymore. I bought some premium mince once and used it that night to cook spaghetti bolognaise. I realised there was a lot of fat in it so I started scooping it off the top and ended up filling an empty 400g tin of tomatoes. I left it there overnight and the next morning, I had a full can of solid fat. I took it back to show them and was offered some Premium mince as replacement but I told him thats what I got in the first place. He gave me some steak instead which was nice. I've also bought a couple of things there that were off [Pork ribs, chicken wings] and after giving them a few chances over the last few years, I'm over it.

I go there to buy meat when I can't be bothered to go to Woolies which is opposite it and the funny part is that it is normally cheaper too! The service is nice and friendly and the steak pieces and always really good!

The manager is friendly to the point of being rude.
I had asked for a particular product that I had purchased there previously to be told I was deluded and must be "sleep walking"
The actual product can be purchased cheaper if you look around!

This local butcher was way cheaper than the local Woolworths. Great fresh meat and appealing hams. Cheap chicken wings (yummy) and even the dog loved the big bones that they offered me for free because i ordered a large order for a BBQ.
