Do not buy a coat from the coat man. I foolishly bought one after searching through all of their styles for over an hour and being the butt of the salesman's jokes for being a picky woman. The fact is that their coats are not good quality, They are badly cut, poorly made and over priced. $300 later, I'm stuck with a a coat that I'm sorry to say I allowed myself to feel pressured into buying (and regretted immediately). Be warned and tell your friends - these coats are nothing better than market vendor quality and certainly not worth the prices they charge.

I lost some buttons from a coat suppplied by this company and I asked for some replacements. Not only did they post the buttons to me but did not ask for any payment for the buttons or post at all. A generous gesture.
