The place was not busy and there were 3 staff members behind the counter.
It took 20 minutes for them to serve three coffees.These were not brought on a tray but carried by two young students.
The cafe art that the barista had tried to do was all over the place by the time it arrived.
It would have been quicker for me to import the coffee and make it myself.
There are many other places in the centre that make great coffee and within a reasonable amount of time.

The Coffee Club Hornsby always makes a great cup of coffee. I like to take advantage of their cake/coffee of the day offer. Around $6 for the cake on offer and a cup of tea or coffee. The atmosphere is a little hectic, being right in the middle of Westfield on the ground floor, it is quiet busy all around you. The service is always friendly and I have never had a problem with any of the food I have ordered.

Like other reviewers I am disappointed in this place. Service is very slow, food only mediocre, and depending who serves you service can be offhand.

We went there to have breakfast on Sunday around 8h40am. We had to wait 40 minutes to have breakfast. Bacon was overcook and steak was"poach". So dissapoint with the big breakfast but the coffee was good anf fast.

Good customer service the price for the coffee and cake were reasonable compare with most others cafe. The waiting time was okay and generally the lady were all good with the customer service. Quality of the coffee is satisfactory

This is a great cafe to stop and have a quick lunch or coffee. There is a wide range of options to choose from and there are even gluten free and vegetarian meals available.
Service with a smile

I have been here a few times but everytime I go away dissapointed. The food is ordinary and overpriced. Service is slow and the waitress's are unfriendly and often rude. Last time I went there with a friend we ordered a greek salad and nachos. This took almost 1 hour!! We recieved no apology at all!!
I looked at my salad and saw it was only lettuce, fetta, cucumber and onion!!
How can they call that greek salad?? Then I realised it had no dressing either! So I asked the waiter if I could have dressing and he gave me a dirty look!
