Terrible service. Unhelpful if your child has allergies. Unwilling to found out what ingredients are in their food & they tell u that have no idea. It is strange that this cafe can open without these basic information & they are not a small company. To cover their own a** they tell u everything they sell has traces of allergens. The Rowville coffee club is the worst out of all the franchises. If u want to have an enjoyable experience & food, it is best to go elsewhere.

The Coffee Club is fairly new to Rowville (replaced Michels). This is the 2nd time I've tried it. First time only bought coffee, this time a coffee and muffin, which they kindly heated for me. Lots of tables so there's always somewhere to sit & they make great coffee. If you're a VIP member, you get a 'buy one get one free coffee' whenever you visit, so I was able to share a coffee with a friend at no extra cost.
