We bought a coffee machine from the Good Guys in Warana and had issues with it. Took it back while still under warranty and were told to take it to The Coffee Place as their approved repair people. Good Guys only had an old address for the Coffee Place on file, so went there, and had to call and get new address. Dropped off the machine and were told it would take about 10 business days to repair. Called after 12 business days and were told it hadn't been looked at yet. Called again after 20 business days (ie - four weeks) and it still hadn't been looked at. After five weeks we were told it needed parts, and it has now been eight weeks and apparently the part still has not arrived. If going without your morning coffee makes you cranky, imagine what going without your morning coffee for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS can do to you!! Not good enough, Coffee Place.
