I stopped going after 4 appointments as it had cost more than $700 and I still had not been adjusted. Their treatments may work, however, after 4 appointments and 4 weeks I had not had any relief from my condition, the program involved more than 36 appointments and I calculated that it would have cost in excess of $6,000. My main concerns were there was inadequate disclosure about: the nature of the appointments – there was no treatment at all for the first 2 consultations; the nature of the treatment – I am still not sure what the ‘treatment’ involved and whether I would have ever been adjusted; the cost – vitamins were added onto the significant cost of a 10 minute consultation without prior disclosure of the cost, adding an additional $280 to the bill.
