The boss's daughter i think her name was estelle constantly provides smiles, and kindness towards customers. She served a fresh bag of prawns and congratulated me because i gave birth as i am a regular love her and love the freshness

If you want the best seafood in Sydney, go to De Costi's Fishmarket in Castle Hill. They have great prices and a very good variety of fish and fresh seafood. You may have to wait a few minutes to get served which is a good sign. The fish is always fresh, and the staff are very helpful with ideas for cooking the fish.

I like this shop as it is not as busy as the one in Castle Towers and sometimes I can get very good off cuts at $10/kg like perch, ling and cod fillets which are excellent and they are still quite fresh.
