I found my meal was good quality and was brought out in a reasonable time frame. The place appeared to be clean and tidy. I took my young son during a busy lunch time period. They brought his meal out before ours and even brought the high chair to us. I was happy with the service at the criterion hotel.

Not really fussed on this place. Food was ok and service was average. I ordered steak once and it was still raw in the middle. Its a good place for family events but to be honest it wasnt the type of food for me

great place to take the family for dinner, also a good place to stay, staff are really nice, the hotel is also like a night club, decent priced meals, and the price of a room is pretty good too, meals are of a medium size and a decent price
