The guys at Crossroade have been legends in keeping my vehicles running. Work vehicles clock up 10s of thousands of kms per year. They have always given me reasonable estimates, maintained contact with emerging issues and have often gone out of their way to rush through unexpected jobs without notice. A nice touch is the free consults and advice. I ciuld not recommend these guys enough.

I was happy with the service CrossRoads Group was giving me until my last Rego check, when they replaced all my tyres with cheap nasty Admirals on my Saab, at an expensive quality tyre price. A few months later a front tyre bead broke, and the car was hopping up and down. Darrel at CrossRoads Group said I would receive some slight warranty from their tyre provider, he said leave it with him, it should take a month.... but months down the track, still not heard anything.

I took my car here for a quote on repairs and to my surprise rather than giving me an over the top price the mechanic actually told me that I would be better off spending the money it would cost to replace the whole car rather than repair it as it would cost more than the car was worth to fix it......Honesty is a nice change.
