The Dance Workshop

I've been going to the Dance Workshop for almost 6 years now. I started in Ballet as an absolute beginner, and now i'm trying Flamenco, and jazz. Hope to take up other styles. My age and size were no obstacle, as the instructors and staff really made me feel welcome and confortable. Its been great for my confidence and self esteem. I would recommend it to anyone starting out or going back to dance. I love this place!!!!

Approximate cost: $15 per class

Specialising in adult tuition (16+), the instructors at the dance workshop are knowledgeable and are great teachers. They cater for all body types and flexibility ranges and offer a really good range of courses (I'm doing Bollywood dance and loving it, even though I am uncoordinated and have never danced before). Generally you commit to a 6 week 'term' for around $85, and I think it's great value for money. All the class timetables are on the web site.
