Jacqui has been keeping "Lucky" our beautiful 8 year old Golden Retriever looking and feeling great for over 4 years. She is incredibly good hearted, absolutely loves animals, has a brilliantly well equipped vehicle and most of all, is a fantastic groomer. It is so convenient to have Jacqui come to the house, instead of stressing "Lucky" with trips to the salon. He really enjoys the pampering...and Jacqui's treats!! Jacqui has been following Freddy, (the mad malteser) and me around Sydney for most of his 13 years. I wouldn't think of having anyone other than Jacqui, although the one time I desperately needed her services and she was going on holidays, she arranged for a colleague to come as a one-off for me so I wouldn't need to take him to a grooming place which neither Freddy or I like. She is totally professional and very meticulous and Freddy always looks wonderful when she is finished. Merren

Whilst they care deeply about animals, they need to remember that it is the two legged people who pay them so perhaps they should change their bedside manner and not be so abrupt. People who care enough for their pets to get them groomed don't need to be made feel they are not looking after them.

Jacqui has been grooming my precious poodle pup, both current and deceased for as long as we have had dogs. Her love, affection and care is impeccable as is the beautiful grooming our poodle pup receives. There is never a fur out of place after Jacqui has groomed our poodle pup. Poodles tend to be rather neurotic dogs and this requires Jacqui to put in extra effort to keep them calm and happy while they receive their beauty treatment. The amount of effort and skill Jacqui has is more than enough to satisfy any loving pet owner. After the passing of our old poodle Jacqui actually came over to share and love and support with my family and I, this has made all the difference and the gentle nature Jacqui has is perfect for our beloved pets and makes my family and I wish there was more people like Jacqui in this world. The dog basket mobile grooming salon is extremely convenient and has always provided top quality grooming at a very reasonable price. My family loves Jacqui as does my precious poodle pooch. I would recommend this service to anybody, any day. Would never use any other groomer. absolutely amazing :)

Jacqui , has been our dog groomer for 8 years , Our precious pets have a home service that is excellent . Scooter our cavalier goes to sleep , its the drying session that does it . Her skill and genuine care is to be highly reccomended

Jacqui has been grooming our "princess" for a number of years. I changed over to home grooming because Princess was getting distressed at being left for half a day at dog grooming salons. Jacqui comes to our home, expertly washes and clips Princess, and finishes the session with a doggy treat. The grooming session is over in no time, it costs me far less than the grooming salons and leaves Princess looking and smelling her regal self again. I would highly recommend Jacqui and her service.

Jacqui has been grooming my precious puppy for over 6 years and as always been kind & caring with her. Especially as my dog had been badly treated before I adopted her and still unfortunately carries some of the nervousness as a result of this bad treatment. Jacqui makes sure to sit with me for a while and chat before grooming the dog to make sure she is as comfortable as she can be. Impeccable service :o)

Unfortunately they didn't have the easygoing nature I like for someone who will be looking after my precious puppy.
