I have just called the Doll Hospital from Perth, WA. I found Charles to be very charming, knowledgable, helpful and he answered all my queries.
As I am an exMelburnian I am very keen to have my 3 dolls repaired in my home town. Charles sounded extremely passionate about his business and I am deeply sorry they have to endure such awful reviews.
The lady was very rude and uninterested in helping me. Has an email address on her contact form but refuses to look at and reply to emails, how do I send photos then? I tried to explain my dolly problem but she was very condescending and hung up on me. I do not recommend at all!
Anne was so wonderful and went out of her way to mend my intellectually disabled sister’s 50 year old doll. Thankyou so much Anne
Incredibly rude and abrupt, not warm and caring expected of a doll hospital.
The place to take treasured dolls to be repaired and rejuvenated. Cloth dolls, porcelain dolls, teddy bears etc. Whether it is a broken/missing eye, loose stitching, torn/bust seams or a wardrobe update, the doll hospital has the answers. We took a family heirloom doll to this boutique, and it came back in perfect order, looking almost new.
