My family were put in the position of needing a temporary place to stay, so we came to The Dunes. The first thing you notice about The Dunes (asides the handy location near Park Beach Plaza and the beach) is the lovely welcome you receive upon arriving. The on-site managers, Kathy and Brett are genuinely nice people. They are helpful and aim to make your stay a happy one. The cleaning staff seem happy too, which to me is just as important.
I was lucky enough to have a peek inside a few of the apartments and they were all very clean looking. Ours was overlooking the pool and leafy gardens. We had everything we needed for our stay including a mid week service/clean of our apartment, which made me very happy. Facilities include: Pool, including wading pool, spa, sauna, bbq area, 1/2 tennis court, trampoline, table tennis, under cover parking. It's a great place to come for a holiday.
