This guy is a nutter, he trades under numerous business names.
You order and pay for a skip, he cancels it and then says he doesn’t deliver to your suburb and refuses to refund the money.
He trades under Skip Bins Brisbane, 4Waste, The easy Gardener, Walk in Skip Bins and bags and who knows how many more.

This operator (Andrew) is so rude he must be mentally sick! Never had an experience like this. Avoid like the plague

Don't go anywhere near this dishonest lot!!! Their bags are full of holes in the bottom, they still charge for services you cancellled, and the bloke called Andrew is totally unhinged; gets real nasty when you try to get quit of them.

If I could give them the Zero stars that they deserve I would. Completely unprofessional scam artists. They delivered a 5m bin when we requested a 3m bin. They then try to charge us an excess of $100 for the bin that we didn’t request. When the website states the bin is only $40 more. After speaking to Andrew via email he calls demanding an apology and when I told him

I ordered a 4m3 skip bin, to have a 6m3 one delivered. I also ordered for renovation and garden waste, and checked the bookabin list of inclusions, and then when it turns up it says concrete wasn't included on the sign. Which was the main reason we ordered it. Then it had levels and if you went over the level you had to pay $50m3 more. We sat just above the line. I then got an invoice for $50m3 plus $60 for the 150kg extra of which HOW THE HELL DO I WEIGH A SKIP BIN?!?! Total con job. Will REFUSE the bookabin site if this mob come up again, the last company was excellent, even gave me an extra day for free. Lesson learned.

Amateur and incompetent business that promises but doesn’t deliver. First problems started with their poor website, which you basically have to reduce all security on your side to complete an order. Worst communication ever. No acknowledgement of the transaction except a copy of their internal email, which give no extra detail. No instructions about delivery time or pick up. No instructions about how to set up the bags. They tell you nothing and its up to you to follow up and chase them up at EVERY step. Phones are NEVER answered and you have to leave a message that is followed up the next day if lucky. Even then though, they cant tell you anything because they subcontract everything out and dont know what’s happening. Then they say that the owner ‘Andrew’ will contact you. When you are finally fed up with the non-service, absence of communication and complete lack of customer service, they respond to your complaints and desperate alternatives with abuse and accusations. Just totally unbelievable that a business that is so wrong on so many levels has survived at all. Be warned, dealing with this company will end in complete dissatisfaction and frustration. Just read their terms and conditions. Everything is viewed from their narcissistic viewpoint and they havent got a clue about seeing anything from a customer perspective. They just don’t get it!

As a long-time customer with this business I have always enjoyed great, reliable service. The pick-up of my garden waste has been within the week scheduled. I called the service to ask why the person collecting the bag had not done so and left a note saying it was too heavy. I am 67 and could move the bag? I was told by the owner "Ronan would not lie", I was insulted and told him I wanted to terminate the service - the owners response to this was "you know what your problem is you are all about business, you need to go to church and find god". That was enough for me - I concluded the discussion by asking him what right he had to preach to me and hung up.
