The Electronic Fix

Dropped in computer (drive quite a distance because website promised timely repair at a reasonable price and listed motherboard repairs). Told the repair man it was most likely the mother board. Left for one week and called. Told the issue was the motherboard. Said it would have to be done at home on the weekend because he was busy. Another weekend went by and still no action. Not great for my business. Decided to pick up computer and buy a new one. Paid $69 diagnostic fee (that I already diagnosed) for the privaledge of total 4 hours driving. Two weeks without repair is unreasonable for a necessary item.
