It was a fabulous experience as we had just gotten engaged a couple of days before (a total surprise for me) so it was an amazing time to go away, unwind and relax. I believe I deserve this because I feel stressed the entire week due to my finances, work and the attitude of my workmates. Anyway, I thank yor for this day!

Great winter getaway! I remember last winter vacation, my family and I came to Escarpment to spend 2 days at least. Now, we came back again here. We met the same people, were offered the same quality of service. They are so consistent. We just love the service!

A delightful enchanting weekend in a beautifully secluded valley of lucious rainforest surrounding private villas that enveloped you the moment you walk through the door. Warm and cosy fireplace, comfy four poster bed and spacious spa that overlooked a little more of the rainforest. A short drive to everywhere on the mountain in whatever direction you wanted to head off to. Close to St Bernard's 103 year old traditional pub - food which is superb. Many food delights to tempt you and likewise beverages to try and test your palatte. Fabulous walks to many rainforest water falls, some of the best restaurants and cafes to fill your tummies and tourist views that expand to the horizon. Dont forget that sunset drink at the Polish Place or byo and watch it enhance you at the hang gliding ridge. id I forget to mention the sumptious home cooked breakfast each morning and the special treat of a massage included in the package - we also splurged and had an in-house meal sent in by Belvedeire's Italian Restaurant - absolutely amazing food. A great time was had by both of us. Thank you.

Beautiful tranquil setting. Amazing accommodation cozy & comfortable. Possibly one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Friendly & accommodating staff. Over all experience 10 out of 10. Have already recommended to many family & friends.

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with plenty to do. Great accommodation if you want to relax and just get away. Loved out 2 night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fantastic breakfast!

We booked a 3 day stay at the Escarpement, for our 6 year anniversary. When we arrived we were welcomed by Gary, who gave us some useful information about where to go for scenic walks and where to find the best coffee - thanks Gary. After check in, we made our way to our villa, which was so beautiful and cosy. It was perfect and exactly as advertised, we loved the fireplace and huge spa! The property is surrounded by trees and nature, which really made us feel like we had escaped. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from keeping the wood topped up for the fire place to fresh candles for the spa each day was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and the hearty breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The whole experience was wonderful right from the start to our checkout. We will definitely be back, thank you to all the staff for making it special and memorable, we did not want to leave!

The Escarpment Retreat is an amazing place to stay, the villas are absolutely beautiful, so romantic with their warm wood fire places and gorgeous four poster beds, and the double spa is perfect for relaxing in and sipping champagne. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was to die for. I would recommend The Escarpment Retreat to any couple looking to get away for a romantic escape. My partner and I can't wait to go back as one night just wasn't long enough.

Our recent stay at The Escarpment Retreat reached expectations on all fronts. The beautiful location made a perfect base to explore the wonderful regions delights and a pleasure to return to relax within the tranquil surrounds. The landscaped gardens and running water from the creek made for a perfect relaxing stay topped off by sitting in front of the toasty open fire. Just perfect.
