I highly recommended Essential Hats. I needed a hat for our daughters wedding, after getting one online that I was not happy with. From the time I walked in, the experience was amazing. Catherine & Sue were very welcoming, and made me relax. As soon as I bought out my outfit to match the hat too, they produced a hat that was just a perfect match, which was totally different from what I had in mind. But I couldn't really afford the hat they produced though. I had purchased another hat at a sale that was very plain but close in colours to my outfit so that if I didn't find anything I could use that or do something with it (as I didn't really like that style either). Once the ladies saw it they quickly visualised what they could do with that hat to make it "Individual" and to match my outfit. So I gave them budget I was prepared to spend and left them with it. Well what an amazing transformation. The hat suits my outfit perfectly, not only in colours but in design too, they picked up aspects in the design of my outfit and matched in the trim on the hat. These ladies gave you the time of day and were very patient and understanding and have a great eye for design with superior taste. Highly recommend Essential Hat for that special occasion hat - they do lots of very clever designs for the races. They have plenty to see in their shop and that you can try on. So pay them a visit next time you need a special formal hat.
