DO NOT BUY from the Face Shop. The try to deny your rights under Australian Consumer Law. I bought a skincare product from them which contained an ingredient I am allergic to and I went back to the store the VERY NEXT DAY to return it, and they denied my return. They would not give me an exchange or refund and claimed I opened and used the product. Obviously I did not have time to use their product and the amount of liquid in the bottle is exactly the same. They are willing to lie to blame me for something I didn't do in order to deprive me of my legal rights under Australian Consumer Law.
I will be reporting them to the ACCC.

The Face Shop has a greta range of beauty and face products. Their price range is okay and the staff is great. Generally enjoyed my experience at this store.
