DO NOT BUY from the Face Shop. The try to deny your rights under Australian Consumer Law. I bought a skincare product from them which contained an ingredient I am allergic to and I went back to the store the VERY NEXT DAY to return it, and they denied my return. They would not give me an exchange or refund and claimed I opened and used the product. Obviously I did not have time to use their product and the amount of liquid in the bottle is exactly the same. Because their products are not sealed, someone else probably opened the product before I did. However, they blamed me for something I didn't do in order to deprive me of my legal rights under Australian Consumer Law.

I will be reporting them to the ACCC.
