My skin has never looked better in my life! The Facial Room is a results-driven clinic providing expert treatment and advice. Their customer care is extraordinary and their therapist's level of experience and knowledge is brilliant.

I must admit i am normally a groupon or discount facial recipient as they all seem to feel the same to me and i normally hate paying full price - But, i have consistently being going to Fabienne at the facial room for over 7 months now as she is beyond words. So honest about my skin and never tried to upsell anything. SO kind and giving of her energy. On my first apt she talked me OUT of a 90 min facial because my skin was too sensitive and gave me the most beautiful 60 min facial i have ever had! Now she has my loyalty forever!

Wow I glided out of The Facial room feeling like a different person! Fabienne's knowledge, beautiful gentle touch and fantastic treatments and products combined to make this a very memorable facial for me. I really felt like I was in the hands of a true skin professional and my skin felt great afterwards. The atmosphere is very calming and cosy and you feel really looked after. Couldn't recommend high enough. Do your skin a favour and book into The Facial room, your face will thank you for it!

Fabienne has worked wonders with my skin. Having travelled for 5 months before relocating to Sydney my skin had really deteriorated, yet over the course of only 3 facials Fabienne has managed to restore it to as good, if not better than, it ever was. I will continue to go back to her as I trust her advice, think he facials are second to none and find that she has a very personable and pleasant bedside manner.
