A bit of an upmarket hotel but the food is still good down to earth pub food. Enjoyed our visit, would eat there again but wouldn't go out of our way to book in.

Great meal, good value, lovely ambiance, efficient service, would recommend to anybody. kitchen and menu are very flexible satisfying event he fussiest of eaters.

We used this venue for our wedding with 25 guests. We were in one of the rooms offering more privacy to the occasion. The venue coordinator was very accommodating and was able to organize wedding paraphernalia (i.e. flowers, table settings, room decor, food, wine etc) like clockwork. No hassles at all. Food was great!

A pub with a slightly up-market setting, the food and service was what I expected from this type of venue. A good place to meet on a week night, but could be a bit noisy on busy nights. A reasonable selection of good pub food.
