Service was good lady was friendly and helpful better then most others i had been/spoken to but unfortunately what was delivered on my wedding day was disappointing and i think they had an idea it was not what i ordered. The flowers looked cheap and not near as finished as the images we selected and how wedding flowers should be. They were OK - style was right. But there was small touches missing that we agreed upon like having a touch of nuts or vine/greenery etc to match bridesmaids colors, the colors weren't quite right (peach/pinkish/dash of purple instead of ivory/cream/brown & green etc) we just got away with it, but not at all like the pictures chosen (i understand due to seasonal change there can be slight imperfections but this was different). I hate to say it but the pin corsages were terrible - they were not feminine pin corsages at all, we actually thought they'd been forgotten and they had put in extra button holes. Sad to say because she was so nice and thought we were both on the same page. The flowers alone i could have put down to just one of those things but i chose to order our cake through them as well as we had found a picture she had on file i absolutely loved and wanted exactly that. The cake that came was very tasty & well cooked but it was absolutely NOTHING like the picture. It was like an old fashion styled cake where we picked something modern, the colour was orange/caramel when it was supposed to be ivory/cream, the style was way off (apart from the amount of tiers) the tiers were wider insted of higher then what we were showed on tasting, and the flowers did not match the cake because a) the flowers were wrong - as above and B) The cake was not the right colour. I was so so upset and its my biggest regret i didn't choose a proper wedding cake maker to do my wedding cake. I did not get a chance to see my cake until the reception so it was too late to do anything about it but that was probably a good thing because i was so disappointed. I wished the lady had just said that their cake maker didn't have that tools/skills to follow the picture/design we chose insted of just delivering something that wasn't right or calling me prior to let me know . Also this company was the only company that didn't ask for feedback after our wedding everyone one else we used did which was really nice considering the money you spend.
