My circumstances changed and I needed a way to get fit that works around my family. I came for a trial and loved that the studio was run by Mums who get it! There is a kids area rather than a creche with set hours and snotty noses. The kids can be seen from 75% of the room and people are watching at all times. You can have them in front of you in a pram too! The classes are great and there is always help on the floor! I have been to the big gyms and there is just nothing quite as good as this!
