Sent them my foot measurements, a paper trace of my feet, chose my colour style of shoe and heel shape on their web site. Communications via email and phone, did not attend their showroom.
They made the shoes which "fit like a glove".
I would recommend them to anyone who needs comfortable and nice dancing shoes!
Paid special $35 fee for dancing shoes to be made urgently in one week for my wedding day in early April 2013, but shoes in the wrong colour and style didnt arrive until after the wedding. After returning the shoes it was another one and a half months before I received the correct shoes. Overall, the experience of buying the shoes was quite frustrating.

if you danse salsa for example and are searching for salsa shoes that is a good place to go , very nice staff , superclose to burwood station (2 min walk) but i was surprised that the prices are not that cheap
