We purchased over $4000 in Furniture and the service was fantastic UNTIL they received payment. The furniture was delivered late and all but 2 pieces were floor stock. The Black (shiny) Entertainment unit had major scratches on the bottom of it and when we called about it were told "Don't worry, you can't see it!!" The Dining room table has 6 chairs, but we had only used 4 until 3 days ago, when it was brought outfor guests and the seat came off the top of it. When we called and spoke to the salesman, we were told "You will have to fix it yourself" I called the head office, which is Furniture First spoke to a woman named Sarala who told us she would look into it and get back to us. She still hasn't 3 days later.
