Myself and my husband have trained with multiple personal trainers over the last 10 years and Jerome is by far our favourite. We have been training with Jerome for about 18months and what stands out about Jerome more than anything is his dedication to the profession. His dedication is evident by his continual education, research into nutrition and exercise, and dedication to you in the gym. Jerome preplanning his client’s sessions but also allows for altering the session if need to suit the client on the day based on energy levels, food eaten for the day, and checking for aches and pains. If you have certain ailments, Jerome wants to know all the information and if possible, look at ways to improve these issues through personal training. I suffer from a knee issue and they are currently better now than they have been since the problem started.
