Liz is fabulous. She has done two special occasion cakes for me and both got rave reviews. The design I wanted was complicated and she did a fabulous job. And the most important thing is that she bakes the cake fresh before decorating - no freezing and you can tell the difference. She is very cheap. She did suggest a cake too big for our requirements (by quite a bit) but it was still very good value for money and can be frozen if not eaten immediately.
