I went here a few years ago with work collegues and wasn't terribly impressed but family decided we should give it a go so we booked a table and went in at 7.45pm on Saturday night.
It wasn't very busy in there, a couple of tables of 8 people of more and a few couples.
The waitresses were prompt and friendly but didn't seem terribly experienced.
We didn't order entrees, just mains each plus some drinks... The food was OK... one of our table got given a beef burrito instead of the chicken one she ordered. The chips are soooo yummy but heaps of salt on them. The guacumole was pretty average as well (isn't it supposed to be green?) The size of the meals was a bit hit and miss- the burrito and enchiladas were quite small whereas the boys got diablos which they couldn't finish. The plate of entree size nachos was ENORMOUS.
They made an error with our drinks.
I wouldn't go back here... it just isn't anything special.

Went there for dinner on a Tuesday night, they give you plenty of food, however I believe its quality not quantity!! My meal came out sizzling hot, but in all honesty it was a chicken breast hiding under a mountain of salty tomato / capsicum paste with a serve of ridiculously salty chips. My partner ordered a steak with wedges, and again, there was a ridiculous amount of food, but even he said it was average at best.
Service was good though, and would like to go back to try the proper mexican food, but the thought of going back there brings back the taste of salt in my mouth!!

We went on a Saturday night (made a booking) as I'd never been there before. We'd heard a few bad stories about this place and went in with an open mind. Pleasantly surprised! We had a trio of dips (Three Amigos)all of which were divine apart from the guacamole which was a little on the bland side. I had a bean taco and chicken burrito which I ordered hot and it was - lovely. The chicken was tender and well cooked and overall food quality was great. Service was OK but it was being affected by a table of loud women which made us feel we were in a chook shed rather than a restaurant. The waitress who served us was taken aback by our compliments as I felt the staff were being hard pressed by overbearingly loud diners. Top marks to their patience.

We'll be going back there again and hopefully this time we'll get to appreciate all they have to offer.

We went on an advertised "2 for 1" night. Buy one main meal and get another one free. Our total bill came to $19, however we were advised upon paying the bill that they have a minimum of $13 per head and so had to purchase something to make it up to $26.
This was not made clear to us when we were ordering, and we particularly asked what we could order for the deal.
It just feels a bit like misleading advertising. Not such a great deal after all.
