We have purchased quite a few appliances through The Good Guys Carseldine and have always been happy with the products available and the service. With our latest experience they went above and beyond though. We purchased an appliance that we really weren't happy with the performance of. It wasn't a warranty issue, just not really happy with the functionality of it. I contacted The Good Guys to discuss my issues. They went back to the manufacturer for us managed to find a solution that we were all happy with. They kept me well informed of their progress, at no stage was I left wondering if they had forgotten me. A totally positive experience that will see me continuing to buy my appliances from this store.
