I love how the good guys will beat any competitors prices, you know you will always get the cheapest price if you shop around then go to them.

Conveniently located and large store that offers great prices and deals. Located just off the highway with plenty of parking, the store is easily accessible and consumer friendly along with great customer service and price bargaining. Great deals are always on the agenda in store, blowing other retail competitors out of the water.

Sometimes when your ready to make you purchase, its hard to get a staff members attention. Otherwise value for money

i know some people that work there, they personally are great people, however they have recently been told by the business that if a mutual friend of mine went to a bachelor party who happens to work for the opposition-which doesn't really matter, that they will not have a job the next day!! what kind of business is this where they can dictate who they can and cannot associate with outside of work and has NOTHING to do with them!! its disgusting!! and im sure illegal, threatening them with their job. if this is how they treat there staff then how, as a customer, can we trust that what they do is correct and not morally ambiguous? i for one will no longer be shopping at this particular "good guys" store i don't want my hard earned money going to a business like this.

The goods, price and quality were excellent. Their service was F**king terrible. I was sold an extended warranty (4yrs-with a laptop) that actually took nearly 6mths for the paperwork to arrive. On the day of sale it was not possible to give me the 'warranty paperwork' so I had to call back next week. I called in 4 times and called them many, many more times. In the end it took 'someone that cared' about 15mins to rectify the problem. Nearly 6mths later. NOT HAPPY!

I shop at the good guys quite a lot because I know that I can travel all over coffs harbour and make the good guys my last destination as they will always beat the competitor except for that wnaker graham, he always tries to ass that little bit extra on....nah only joking
