The WORST customer service I've ever received in ANY industry. Once you are out the door, they do NOT care.
I would never ever return, not even for a $10 purchase! If this is your last resort, please think very carefully about using The Good Guys. They've caused sleepless nights and lots of frustration. AVOID!

We have purchased several appliances here over the years. Their prices seem good especially if you are prepared to haggle or have a better price from another supplier.

Had been lovingly admiring a range that the good guys had for sale but the price was way above our budget, jokingly said to one of the guys about a big discount off of this is the only way we could afford it and we did get $800 off since they wanted the space for something else so yep really happy now.

Great staff with great prices. We find the good guys generally have the best price for most things. Home delivery for bulky items is good also. The staff are very helpful and can answer any questions you have.

Standard electronics and appliance store, you still need to do your price comparison before making any purchase. The lady handling the returns/exchange interrogates and debates before approving an exchange.

great personal service, great price. As they stock a range of products it is so convenient. Great after sales as well. more than anything, there staff are knowledgeable on the products they are selling
