excellent service, brought an LCD tv over a year ago, have always been able to ring goodguys with any problems and get help quickly and promptly.

bought a lcd tv, not even 6mths old and the capacitor blew up. we were forced to get it repaired, that took 4weeks, when it was returned within a week it started paying up by turning itself on and off, rang good guys again, i was told not to contact samsung myself, they would get a result quicker if they handled it, well that was over a month ago and i still havnt heard from them, horrible custmor service, the tv has a warranty for 12mths. i want a new tv, i want what i paid for.
