Really disappointed with the service we received. My husband approached a sales rep who was on the computer, he waited about a minute and the rep just ignored him. My husband asked him a question and the rep said he did not know and went back to typing on the computer. The rep was not serving anyone and was not interested in serving my husband, a true disappointment especially in the current economic climate.

Went to buy a new printer, was amazed at the huge range available. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent prices, They also have in stock a huge range of white goods and computers. Big airy store, plenty of staff, so no long waits to get service.
