Their prices are always lower than any other places. The staff are also very experienced and friendly.

These guys are hard to beat for a bargain. Better than Harvey Norman or Domain. They look after you and you can haggle with them on the price. The range and quality of items is extensive and the service is good.
The staff, when not too busy, are very approachable and seem to know their stuff.

Not only did the salesperson help me with my purchase of a.set top box but he gave me quite a good discount. Does'nt end there.. I had my motorhome parked outside the store and I was having trouble installing it before I left the area, so I went back inside and the same salesman came out and scanned all the channels for me and got it up and running before I left. How happy was I. Extra service at no extra charge and all with an. enthusiastic smile on his face, and mine.

I have been to the store a couple of times, none of which I was particularly impressed. The staff are not very friendly and will not lower the price if it is on sale, even if you have cash.

If you could ever get someone to serve you it would be a vast improvement. I've waited and then searched for assistance on my last 2 visits, one for a washing machine, other for a pvr, only to be ignored and made to feel like my request for help was an intrusion.
