The service was professional and helpful. The two delivery guys Stephan and Mario were quick, polite and very careful with the fridge. I am very happy with the service.
I would like to thank Steve for his excellent service today. I needed to purchase a new fridge and I am on a very strict budget as I am on jobseeker payments. He advised me to go to Service NSW and I applied for a discount and had it granted. I ordered my new fridge on line and I am very happy with my savings. I am so glad I decided to go to the Good Guys and not Harvey Norman. You guys are the best. Thank you so much Steve. You are a wonderful sales consultant, so friendly and honest. I have never walked out of a retail store before and thought to myself that it was a complete waste of time and energy attending this store. Next time I will keep on driving past onto the next major retailer. Very poor customer service.
My husband ordered an item online on Friday, and requested it to be delivered.. One hour later, Angela from Good Guys Warrawong phoned to ensure he would be home to accept the delivery on the following either Monday or Tuesday. The item was delivered on Monday morning! The service, price, follow-up, delivery cost and the speed of delivery is amazing! Thank you Good Guys!

Great service and knowledge of products, but lost a sale as they could not do much better than a price which was a little less then RRP. But, I would return as the customer service and knowledge of products was great. Thank you.

I brought a beyonwiz off them 10 mths ago and it broke down less than two weeks after I got it home. Im still trying to get my money back via the CTTT. Beyonwiz have POOR customer support, the good guys are making me deal with manufacturer.
Michael Seaman is blaming reception problems for the ongoing issues. Problem is, it plays up with Austar and playing recorded files too, not just free to air. And how does reception affect the machine freezing?

Awesome prices on products. great advise from staff. The staff are not pushing but at the same time are very informative.
They charge the same if not more than similar retailers. JB's etc take a look around and ask for less for cash.
The staff member who sold me my "wireless" had no idea! I said it MUST be wireless or up-gradeable to wireless when I move house. He said it was. Turns out it's not wireless at all. There's a 2nd device that is wireless from the unit but the speakers still require wires! Another member formatted my PVR recorder the 2nd time I returned to the store with it.
These guys have no idea!!!
Sorry, wireless surround sound system is not wireless.
I do ask for cash prices. I've worked in Sales and understand that side of it. They were cheaper than JB and Harvey Norman and Domayne and Bing Lee with my TV. They gentleman I spoke to was really good. I also got my microwave from there as well which when i went to Domayne the sales assistant showed me that I was getting the exact same thing cheaper than what they could buy it in for. Both products are working fine. i also got my iron and hair straightener from there. Never had a problem.
