I had the Graff Group do some insurance works and I must say they are polite, great to deal with, and there customer service was also good. I would recomend them again. I also advised my insurance company as the need to be recognised, as an asset.

I had the Graff Group undertake some Patio Roof repairs through my insurance and I was very disappointed with the job. The tradesmen were polite and on time but they left screws coming out of my colorbond sheets and didn't fix the gutter where it broke. I complained to my insurance and they agreed with me, the job wasn't not up to standards.
